Areas of clinical practice: Generalist practice with individuals, couples, and groups addressing academics, family and relationship challenges, managing stress, and a full variety of developmental and mental health issues. Areas of special interest include: Mind Body Medicine, trauma responsive therapy, EMDR, group work/community building, spirituality, Love Languages, nature therapy, the intersection of culture and its influence and impact on one’s identity and personal story, and others.
