Due to the federal COVID-19 PHE (Public Health Emergency) declaration ending on May 11, 2023, COVID-19 testing is now a billable service. To verify if your insurance will cover testing, please call the number on the back of your insurance card prior to being seen at Health Services. Patients will be billed for any services not covered by their insurance.
