Biography

I value helping students better understand who they are and who they want to be. I take an interpersonal approach to therapy believing that each student has the ability to change and needs knowledge and support to begin the process to improve their mental health. I work with a variety of concerns including anxiety related challenges, depression, traumatic experiences, difficulty managing emotions, relationship challenges, and interpersonal stress.
